Cynthia Bailey Has All the Crucial Updates on Kenya Moore's Husband, Baby, and Home

Find out what's new in Kenya's life since The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Kenya Moore was "dearly missed" by Cynthia Bailey this season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. The Georgia Peach, who joined RHOA in Season 5, announced in October that she would not be returning for Season 11.

But Cynthia and Kenya's friendship hasn't skipped a beat at all. Not only was Cynthia one of the Housewives to get a chance to meet Kenya's baby, Brooklyn Doris Daly (Cynthia's daughter, Noelle Robinson was there for the visit as well), but the two also recently got together in New York City. "I actually just had dinner with Kenya last night," Cynthia said during an interview with The Daily Dish in the Big Apple in December. "She’s in New York and I was in New York, so we went and had some sushi at Nobu, and we got a chance to catch up."

After Kenya married Brooklyn-based restaurateur Marc Daly in June 2017, many fans wondered if the Georgia Peach would ultimately call Atlanta or New York home. Cynthia shared an update on Kenya's living situation with The Daily Dish. "Kenya and Marc split their time between Atlanta and New York," she said. "When I saw Brooklyn, we were in Atlanta, and I ran into her last night and she was in New York for a couple days."

Of course, the biggest change in Kenya's life since RHOA has been the arrival of her daughter, who was born on November 4, 2018. "I’ve always known that Kenya was gonna be a good mom. She’s just great. She was always good with her little dogs, and she certainly tries to boss me around," Cynthia gushed. "So I’m like, 'OK, she’s gonna be a good mom. She needs a baby.'"

And change Kenya's life it will, according to Cynthia. "With that said, here’s the thing: Kenya does run a tight ship because she’s just used to running her own tight ship," Cynthia explained. "I already know Kenya’s gonna think she’s gonna be such a strict mom and Brooklyn’s gonna have this really strict schedule – none of that’s gonna happen. Brooklyn is going to do whatever she wants to, just like Noelle did. And she’s gonna be just as spoiled as Noelle is."

After an "amazing" first meeting with Brooklyn, Cynthia is hoping for many more wonderful visits with Kenya's little girl. "It was pretty early, she was teeny, teeny, tiny, and she still is. She’s a little preemie. She came out about five weeks early, and she is amazing. I literally had to explain to Noelle why she couldn’t steal Kenya’s baby and take it back to [Lake Bailey]. She’s like, ‘Can we just take her home?’ I’m like, ‘No. It took Kenya a long time to get Brooklyn. I don’t think she’s going to want to give her to us,’" Cynthia joked. "But she’s amazing, and Kenya’s doing great. She looks amazing already, and I’m happy to be an auntie. She’s really sweet. I can’t wait to babysit her."
